Luca Tumminello is Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Palermo, where he teaches Criminal Law (module II) and Criminal Law and Business Crimes. He holds a PhD in Criminal Law from the University of Macerata. He has published widely on topics such as the criminal protection of food safety and public health, crimes against social security and the individualisation of punishment.
