Giorgio Pino is Full Professor of Philosophy of Law at Roma Tre University (Rome). He has held visiting positions at, among others, Columbia University (2007), Oxford University (2009), European University Institute (2013), Université Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne (2013, 2014, 2023), Universidade de Lisboa (2019). He has published widely on topics such as the theory of legal interpretation and legal reasoning, fundamental rights, the rule of law. He is currently the holder of a Jean Monnet Chair on freedom of speech in the digital infosphere (AGORA), and the Director of the International PhD Course “Law & Social Change” (Roma Tre University).
