Federica Ceccaroni is a research fellow at the University of Pisa. She graduated with honors and a special mention from LUISS University in Rome in 2019, following his academic studies at the University of Oxford and Stockholm University. Her thesis titled “Le misure di prevenzione: delle pene senza delitto. Il difficile equilibrio tra garantismo e istanze securitarie” won the national Antonio Manganelli award. During her doctoral studies at the University of Tuscia, she conducted research at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg and, thanks to the “Giulia Cavallone” award from the Piero Calamandrei Foundation, at the École Normale Supérieure in Paris. She is admitted to the Italian Bar as a Lawyer .
Her research interests focus on the responsibility of corporations for international crimes and international economic criminal law.
