Antonella Massaro is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law at the Department of Law at the University of “Roma Tre”, where she teaches Criminal Law II, European Criminal Law, Law and Gender, and Criminal Law in Cinema. She is the director of the Advanced Training Course “Penalty, Procedure, and Constitution” and serves on the board of the “Penitentiary Law and Constitution” Study Center. Her research interests include omission and negligent crimes, end-of-life issues, clarity in criminal law.
