Elettra Stradella is Associate Professor in Public Comparative Law at the Department of Law, University of Pisa. She is EUWONDER (European Women’s Law and Gender) Jean Monnet Chair holder (2022-2025), and she is an emerging Italian scholar in the field of Law and Gender studies. She is Director (appointed by the Rector) of the Teaching and Learning Centre at the University of Pisa, and member of the Regional Ethical Committee, working on legal aspects of clinical trials. She coordinates, at the University of Pisa, the research team of a PRIN project, AiGeDi, focused on Artificial Intelligence and Intersectional discrimination. She is author of more than 120 scientific publications (authored and edited books, papers, essays and book chapters) on various topics in the fields of Constitutional and Comparative Law, among them an important book on freedom of expression in Europe and USA, and several articles on related issues.
